We are unique.  Our existence is the answer to a non-profit's strategy to diversify its funding in order for the organization to continue to make an impact in the community. With decreasing federal and state funding sources, the non-profit began to explore other methods to provide a revenue stream for its programs and services in the Rio Grande Valley.  These efforts led to the creation of a realty services agency whose Realtors embraced the mantra "it's about the mission, not the commission."

 

Our parent company is TuCasa Investments, Inc. of which 100% of the shares are owned by the non-profit organization. So when we say your dream is our mission, we truly mean it. After all, we know a little something about missions.
